As you may have heard by now, RETS integration is mandatory for all IDX vendors by the December 31, 2009. This means if you don't have a RETS website yet, now is a good time. It also means that if you currently have an IDX website, it needs to be upgraded to RETS by the end of the year to be in compliance with NAR rules.

We offer a RETS integration solution for clients who already have a custom real estate website, but lack a search engine friendly real estate search functionality. Our solution is highly Google-friendly, and allows your entire MLS database of listings to be indexed on your own domain.

We do not use framed IDX/RETS solutions or subdomain-hosted solutions. If your main real estate website is www.mydomain.com, your listings and real estate search pages will be on that domain as well.
